Sales Terms and Conditions

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Purchase orders and company checks are accepted at our discretion.

Certified checks, bank checks, money orders, and wire transfer payments will be processed immediately. Personal checks take 30 days to clear and the order cannot be processed until the personal check clears.

All sales are final. G&G Technologies does not take back or exchange merchandise.

Finally, please note that unless you are getting free freight (as per the order volume/location requirements shown on the checkout page), the mininum shipping charge for any order is $50.

Once an item ships, the sale is finalized and we cannot cancel your order.

If you are purchasing an item that requires special modifications, you will be asked to sign an agreement that you may not cancel your order even if it has not shipped.

If you should cancel an order for standard stock items before they ship, you will be charged a 5% processing fee.

Any claims of material shortages must be reported to us within ten days after the receipt of the order or the claim will not be honored. If it is determined that the error is ours, we will pay the freight charges to ship the correct material to you and to return the incorrect goods to us. All returned merchandise must be returned to us in the original packaging.

Check your shipment carefully when delivered for any damage to shipping containers or shortages. If containers are damaged or the quality of the boxes is less than noted on the bill of lading, a notation must be made at the time of delivery on the bill of lading with the truck driver's signature.

Damage or loss discovered after delivery must be reported to the delivery carrier immediately. Make your claim promptly as most carriers will not consider a claim after 10 days from date of delivery.

G&G Technologies will assist you in collecting loss or damage claims from the carrier. However, G&G Technologies is not responsible for the filing or collecting of claims, cost of replacement materials or the freight charges for shipping or replacement materials.
